Job summary

RDR Utility Services Group is seeking a Pipeline Project Manager to lead our Piping and Mechanical Division in the day-to-day management of safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, risk, suppliers, and client relations.

The Project Manager will lead projects from inception to completion and may perform the role of EPC Project Manager or Program Manager, providing guidance as needed and reporting to the Division Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in oil and gas industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling software such as Microsoft Project.
• Collaborative team player across owners, contractors, engineers, and designers.
• Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control, and PM software.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of multi-discipline engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Establish project teams and coordinate activities of multiple disciplines.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, manage scope, and control project costs.
• Serve as primary contact for clients regarding coordination and budgeting.
• Manage procurement, subcontracting, and change orders.
• Lead risk reviews with Risk Department and report costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
