This role is responsible for overall project planning, coordination, financial performance, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to customer expectations. You will collaborate with Leadership, Operations, and Superintendents, act as the main point of contact for customers and vendors, proactively manage risks, resolve

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management or construction management experience.
• Experience reading drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Strong financial, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage pipeline lining projects from contract award through final closeout.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Track costs, revenue, and margins; manage change orders.
• Maintain communication with customers and vendors; address safety and quality.
• Drive project closeout including final documentation and financial reconciliation.
