Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• Good technical background and construction experiences.
• 7+ years of engineering experience, including at least 1 year with Air Liquide Technology engineering.

Responsibilities

• Ensure competencies and resources for the discipline within the center.
• Deliver engineering deliverables by allocating resources and coordinating with other disciplines.
• Define discipline organization, processes and methods; ensure compliance with Quality Process & Manuals.
• Manage workload to maintain productivity and work-life balance.
• Contribute to project execution with cost estimates and project reporting.
• Represent the discipline to management, clients, vendors and subcontractors.
• Identify and qualify new vendors and subcontractors.
