Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Regional Project Lead for the IG South PROS team, based in Pasadena, TX or Gonzales, LA. You will lead a capital projects group across 150+ plants in the US Southeast and travel up to 20% to sites and outages, ensuring safe, on-time project delivery.

The role requires a strong engineering background, 10+ years in related operations or projects, and SAP Project System proficiency. PMP preferred; BS in engineering preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing plant ops or capital projects.
• Strong project development, planning, estimating, forecasting, execution.
• Proven leadership, communication and planning skills.
• SAP Project System experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a capital projects team covering 150+ plants in the Southeast US.
• Oversee project development, budgeting, scheduling and turnover.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and contractors.
• Travel up to 20% for site actions and outages.
• Enforce APCI safety standards and policies.
