Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. is seeking a Regional Project Lead for the IG South PROS team based in Pasadena, TX or Gonzales, LA.

The role oversees a capital projects group for 150+ plants in the Southeast U.S., with up to 20% travel and responsibility for safety, budgeting, staffing, and execution. The position reports to the North America Project Engineering Manager and requires strong project management, SAP skills, and a background in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing plant operations, maintenance, or capital projects.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Excellent communication and planning skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Experience with project development, forecasting, and turnover.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Engineering team and construction managers for the region.
• Ensure project processes from initiation to closeout are followed.
• Be the primary contact between facilities, business partners, and engineering team.
• Mentor engineers and forecast staffing for outages and major projects.
• Review funding requests and project estimates before approval.
