Responsibilities

• Perform engineering calculations, technical analyses, and evaluations to support pipeline design and project execution.
• Review plans and documents for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with standards and requirements.
• Develop project scopes, cost estimates, and material orders.
• Coordinate field activities, scheduling, and contractor oversight.
• Prepare bid packages and support contractor selection and evaluation.
• Track progress, budgets, forecasts, and schedules; manage risks and changes.
