The role blends office and field work, applying engineering and project management to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective execution while coordinating with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited program.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in engineering, utilities, construction management, or capital project execution.
• Proficiency with engineering tools and ability to review drawings and codes.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently in cross‑functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Execute engineering calculations and analyses to support pipeline design and project execution.
• Review plans for accuracy, constructability, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop detailed project scopes, cost estimates, and material orders.
• Manage projects through planning, design, construction, and closeout phases.
• Coordinate scheduling, bid packages, and contractor evaluations.
• Direct contractor operations and monitor performance against milestones.
