Job summary

GitLab, a leading DevSecOps platform, is seeking a Senior RevOps/Sales Ops professional to transform pipeline targets into actionable field programs and own execution. This role involves leading end-to-end program delivery across regions and segments.

You will coordinate cross-functional efforts, track performance in Salesforce and reporting, and surface risks and opportunities to optimize the plan. 5+ years in Sales/Ops, Salesforce, BI proficiency, and clear communication are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales, Sales Ops or RevOps.
• Proficient Salesforce and BI experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Basic SQL is a plus.
