Job summary

Williams is seeking an experienced Project Manager III- Asset Integrity in Houston, TX. You will own the full assessment lifecycle for pipelines from planning in-line inspections through excavation, repair, and closeout, guiding field teams and contractors while controlling cost, schedule, and safety.

You will collaborate with Operations, Technical Services, and business partners to ensure compliant, efficient assessments and effective risk mitigation across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum five years' oil & gas engineering/project management experience.
• Preferred: Engineering/Construction Management degree; PMP; PE license.

Responsibilities

• Leads a project team to implement plans with significant complexity and coordinates with business partners.
• Coordinates key functions with technical resources under Project Life Cycle guidance.
• Develops project reports, schedules and cost forecasts.
• Prepares, reviews and approves requests for proposals, evaluations and contractor selection.
• Anticipates issues, analyzes options and makes critical decisions impacting the organization.
• Develops optimal project solutions to improve long-term profitability.
