Job summary

NDT Global Houston is seeking a Project Manager to lead the full project life cycle from award to close for pipeline inspection projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage data, and ensure adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or related field, 5+ years in PM within the ILI industry, and preferably a PMP designation. SAP experience and strong communication are valued. This is a full-time on-site position based in Houston.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferred.
5+ years of experience in Project Management within ILI industry.
SAP experience preferred.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and lifecycle stages.

Responsibilities

Takes overall accountability for execution of the project and leads across internal departments to ensure safe and successful execution within scope, budget, schedule and quality.
Responds to project inquiries from customers and internal teams and maintains constant communication throughout the life cycle.
Provides early intervention support during planning to acquire high quality data for pipelines and maintain client relationships for future opportunities.
Leads key project meetings and creates/presents project-specific presentations to project teams and clients.
Gathers and analyzes project details, populates the Inspection Management Plan and organizes client data.
Manages safety reporting and coordinates training with HSE Manager.
Ensures professional communication with customers and optimizes pipeline inspection requirements.
Performs continuous improvement initiatives and manages invoicing milestones.
