Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience managing infrastructure, maintenance, integrity, operations support, construction, or industrial projects.
• Experience delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders, contractors, and interfaces.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, and contractor execution.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle execution of maintenance and integrity projects from initiation through closeout.
• Oversee pipeline repairs, integrity dig programs, facility upgrades, anomaly remediation and compliance.
• Develop project execution plans, cost estimates, schedules, risks, and strategies in line with South Bows Project Delivery Process.
• Coordinate internal and external resources while minimizing impact on ongoing operations.
• Manage contract development, procurement, bidding, and contractor performance.
• Ensure activities comply with codes, standards, regulatory requirements, and quality expectations.
• Identify and manage project risks through planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide leadership across construction management, inspection, commissioning, and controls.
• Build relationships with Operations and Integrity teams to align priorities.
• Prepare and deliver status reports and forecasts to leadership.
