Job summary

COLT MIDSTREAM LLC is seeking an Integrity Lead in the Springtown/Weatherford, TX area to plan and oversee pipeline integrity programs including ILI and hydrostatic testing. The role leads field integrity activities, coordinates with Operations, Engineering, consultants, and vendors to ensure compliance with 49 CFR Parts 192 and 195.

The position requires routine field work, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and regulatory records.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ oil and gas experience with at least three years in pipeline integrity.
• Knowledge of 49 CFR Parts 192 and 195 for integrity management, ILI, and hydrostatic testing.
• Experience reviewing ILI and hydrostatic test results and coordinating digs, repairs, or pipe replacements.
• Demonstrated project management experience including scheduling, scoping, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage all regulatory in-line inspection (ILI) and hydrostatic testing requirements for transmission pipelines.
• Lead integrity projects from scoping through completion and serve as onsite lead for in-field activities.
• Maintain detailed, audit-ready records for PHMSA and Texas Railroad Commission compliance.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, consultants, and vendors to support compliance and project execution.
• Develop and maintain centralized tracking for 20.15 (Leak and Repair Report) items and closures.
• Assist Corrosion Department with inspections and troubleshooting as time permits.
