Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking a skilled field technician responsible for the repair and maintenance of pipelines, equipment and facilities involved in daily gas and liquid operations. This role emphasizes safe, compliant, and reliable performance within a large, established network.

The position requires inspecting, troubleshooting, planning, coordinating, and documenting work, while staying current with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required per location.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and operate station equipment and facilities.
• Plan, organize, coordinate with staff to complete work safely and on time.
• Provide budgetary information, schedule outages, and order materials.
• Interpret drawings, OEM manuals, and technical resources.
• Maintain equipment records and regulatory documentation.
• Provide training and leadership to crews.
• On-call support on rotating basis.
• Follow OSHA, DOT, EPA regulations.
