Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking a field-focused Pipeline Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain gas and liquid facilities and pipelines. The role emphasizes safe operation, compliance, and reliable performance across disturbances and routine tasks.

You will inspect equipment, coordinate with contractors, and stay compliant with OSHA/DOT/EPA rules while contributing to a 12,000+ strong energy workforce. This position requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and operate pipelines and related facilities.
• Perform damage prevention activities and line patrols.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and complete required documentation.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks; coordinate with workers and contractors.
• Coordinate with landowners, agencies, utilities, and pipeline operators.
• Participate in safety programs and follow policies.
• Provide on-call support on a rotating basis.
• Perform lockout/tagout procedures (LOTO).
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
