Job summary

Quail Energy Services, LP is seeking a Foreman to oversee pipeline construction and maintenance crews. You will coordinate daily tasks, ensure quality and timeliness, and lead safety talks and inspections.

The role requires at least 3 years in pipeline work with some supervisory experience, plus hydro testing and valve knowledge. You may be assigned general maintenance tasks and must follow Stop-Work Authority and company safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with pipeline construction and maintenance.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Certified in hydro testing, hot line work and valve knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate crew work to maintain pipelines.
• Oversee, accomplish, and ensure work quality, standards, and timeliness for each project.
• Coordinate and delegate daily tasks to crew members related to the project.
• Facilitate daily safety talks and weekly safety inspections to ensure safety.
• Complete all paperwork in a timely manner.
• Track employee hours and submit for payroll on a timely basis.
• Call in utility locates (ONE CALLS - 811) when requested.
• Communicate with customer and inspectors.
• Perform other duties as required by Foreman, Supervisor or Customer Personnel.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including Stop-Work Authority when necessary.
