Loenbro South in Wilmer, TX is seeking a Pipeline Foreman to supervise daily pipeline construction, installation, maintenance, and repair activities on-site. You will lead field crews, coordinate safety meetings, review drawings, and ensure work meets project schedules and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 5+ years in pipeline construction and 2+ years of supervision, with a focus on safety, field leadership, and efficient resource management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of pipeline construction experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience leading crews.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry safety standards.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct pipeline construction crews.
• Plan daily work activities, manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce safety requirements.
• Coordinate with inspectors, subcontractors, and project management.
• Maintain daily reports and field records.
• Mentor crew members and promote safety and quality.
