Job summary

Loenbro, LLC in Andrews, TX is seeking a qualified Foreman to supervise daily pipeline construction, maintenance, and repair. You will lead field crews, coordinate activities, review drawings, and ensure work meets safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

The role requires 5+ years in pipeline construction and 2+ years of supervision; OSHA/DOT knowledge; strong leadership and communication; and the ability to travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with progress toward trade certs encouraged.
• Strong leadership and communication skills essential for field supervision.
• Experience reading drawings, specs, and survey data for pipelines.
• Knowledge of OSHA and DOT safety requirements and site compliance.
• Preferred certifications listed in qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct pipeline construction crews in installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Plan and coordinate daily work activities, manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Review drawings, specs, alignment sheets, and construction schedules.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce safety requirements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, environmental and company policies.
• Coordinate excavation, trenching, pipe installation, welding, coating, testing, and tie-ins.
• Verify elevations, grades, alignments, and installation requirements.
• Monitor crew productivity, project progress, and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve field issues impacting schedules or budgets.
• Coordinate with inspectors, utility companies, landowners, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain daily reports, production records, timesheets, and safety documentation.
• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and accountability of equipment and tools.
• Train and mentor crew members to foster safety and teamwork.
• Assist project management with planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
