Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years welding experience in industrial, structural, pipeline, utility, or construction environments.
• 2+ years of supervisory or foreman experience leading welding crews.
• Must read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, welding symbols, and specifications.
• Ability to pass required welding tests, background screenings, and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise welding crews to ensure safe, productive, and high-quality work.
• Plan and coordinate daily welding activities, manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
• Review project drawings, welding procedures, specifications, and schedules to ensure proper execution of work.
• Coordinate fit-up, welding, grinding, fabrication, and installation activities.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, production tracking, labor hours, and project documentation.
