Job summary

ONEOK Leads and directs the activities of Operators across local and remote pipeline terminals, championing safety, compliance and OMS while coordinating product movements with interconnecting pipelines and carriers.

This role requires 6–10 years in terminal or pipeline operations, strong leadership, and the ability to manage budgets, training, and regulatory requirements, with travel to Tulsa and other locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 6–10 years related work experience in terminal or pipeline operations.
• Ability to lead a team and manage safety, compliance and OMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead OMS-compliant work group and ensure continuous compliance.
• Develop emergency preparedness and response protocols.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance reviews for staff.
• Manage operating costs and budget variances.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external agencies.
