Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience assisting pipefitters on construction sites.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.
• Follows safety policies and wears required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, thread and assemble pipe.
• Drill holes in walls or floors for pipe passage.
• Assist with rough-ins, repairs, and replacements of fixtures and water heaters.
• Assist in layout, assembly, and installation of piping for air, ammonia, gas, and water systems.
• Load and transport materials and equipment to the site.
• Mount brackets and supports for pipes.
• Join pipes and fittings as directed by the team.
• Coordinate material requisitions and ensure tools are available at the work area.
