Paycom - ATS is seeking a Welder for our fabrication team. You will operate automated welding and plasma equipment to weld outlets onto pipe, perform rewelds, and ensure assemblies meet quality standards.

You will read work orders and drawings, measure parts, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and help with material handling. This full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED and welding certification, with a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Welding certification required (company provided).
• Able to read work orders and basic fabrication drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated welding and plasma equipment to weld outlets onto pipe.
• Perform manual rewelds as needed to meet quality standards.
• Load, position, and unload pipe with proper handling techniques.
• Inspect welded assemblies for quality and compliance.
• Apply required certification stamps to welds.
• Transfer finished pipe to carts and downstream areas.
• Band finished bundles for shipping when required.
• Read work orders and drawings to complete tasks accurately.
• Measure materials with tape measures and other tools.
• Maintain production output with safety and quality.
