Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Pro Mechanical - Single Hand Welder in Texas to fabricate and assemble metal components with precision, reading blueprints and welding specs to ensure quality and safety. You’ll work closely with the mechanical team to meet project timelines while maintaining a clean, hazard-free environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and welding experience; AWS certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as a single hand welder or similar welding role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of welding safety standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding operations on metal components per project specs and blueprints.
• Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and safety compliance; adjust as needed.
• Maintain welding equipment and report malfunctions promptly.
