Job summary

L & L Fabrication, Inc. is seeking a Welder III to support ASME code vessel fabrication at our Wyoming facility. The role requires code welding experience and the ability to lead process improvements with safety and quality as priorities.

You will perform both non-code and code welding per WPS, train teammates, and contribute to new procedures while meeting 6G certification requirements and 100% NDT targets. This full-time position emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Code Welding Experience (ASME Sec. 8/9, B31.3, AWS D1.1, AWS D17.1).
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Ownership attitude and commitment to SAFE and CORE culture.
• Willingness to teach and learn new processes or methods.

Responsibilities

• Weld Non-Code and Code articles to satisfactory quality.
• GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, all per WPS.
• Lead the process of introducing new procedures into the facility (PQRs/WPSs).
• Provide a SAFE team member that is accountable, respectful, and empowered.
