Job summary

You will work under the Job Superintendent, be prepared for extended hours and weekend work as needed, and demonstrate integrity, leadership, and teamwork on every site.

Qualifications

• Experience as a pipe foreman or supervisory role in construction.
• Ability to read plans and manage on-site workflow.
• OSHA 30-hour training completion.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with team about job expectations.
• Assists in planning the work, including backup plans for changes.
• Pre-plans and organizes schedule for work on jobsite.
• Technically proficient in Igel software (PlanGrid, HeavyJob, Bluebeam, etc).
• Handles confrontation and deescalates any potential problems on a jobsite.
• Works outside in all types of conditions.
• Communicates production goals and safety hazards to field personnel.
• Reports safety and equipment incidents per company policy.
