Candidates should have years of underground utilities experience (water, sewer, storm drain) and strong leadership skills. Willingness to travel and operate within field conditions is required. DOE wage cited.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience installing underground utilities (water, sewer, storm drain).
• Ability to read blueprints and site plans.
• Proven leadership and safety-focused performance.
• Valid driver's license and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel with onsite guidance for daily work.
• Plan and schedule daily work assignments and coordinate materials.
• Inspect equipment and ensure safety compliance.
• Locate utilities before digging and perform site inspections.
• Travel between project sites as needed.
• Promote an inclusive work environment.
