Job summary

Graywolf Integrated Construction Company seeks a Pipe Foreman to lead craft crews at our Cameron, LA site on heavy industrial projects. The role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and ability to coordinate with subcontractors and clients to meet design, budget, and schedule targets.

You will review contracts, plans and safety procedures, mentor team members, and ensure efficient progress while upholding site rules and quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least four (4) years of experience in craft discipline, with one (1) year as a Lead in industrial construction.
• Familiar with construction methods, techniques, and labor requirements for industrial projects.
• Ability to effectively interact with project team members, clients, subcontractors, and craft employees.
• Possess excellent leadership skills and have the ability to manage craft employees.
• Completion of Safety related certifications such as OSHA 10 or Safety council programs as required by company and/or client.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have locking tool box and tools necessary to perform the job.
• Must be able to successfully complete all required pre-hire requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and/or supervise construction activities of crews.
• Thoroughly review contract and all scope documents, drawings, specifications, and shop estimate.
• Study project execution and tracking documents including safety, schedule, cost codes and manpower plans.
• Maintain site rules and guidelines for breaks, smoking, shift times, and site policies.
• Ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
• Interface with Superintendent to ensure policies are followed.
• Interface with project team to establish schedules and resolve problems.
• Ensure materials, drawings, manpower, tools, and equipment are available when needed.
• Provide prioritized work instructions to craftsmen and monitor progress.
• Assist with safety program implementation and mentor personnel.
