Job summary

GrayWolf is seeking a Pipe Foreman to lead field crews at our Cameron, LA project site.

You will plan, coordinate, and supervise pipe fabrication and installation, review contract scope and drawings, ensure compliance with safety, quality, and schedule, and mentor craft personnel to develop talent on a heavy industrial construction site.

Excellent communication with project team, subcontractors, and client, and a proven track record in industrial piping projects is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in craft discipline; 1+ year as Lead or higher in industrial construction.
• NCCER Pipefitter Certification preferred.
• Familiar with construction methods and labor requirements in industrial projects.
• Excellent leadership and ability to manage craft employees.
• Hands-on foreman experience.
• Pre-hire requirements completed as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and/or supervise construction activities of crews.
• Review contract, scope documents, drawings, specifications, and shop estimate.
• Study project execution and tracking documents and safety plans.
• Maintain site rules, shift times and logistic guidelines.
• Interface with Superintendent and project team to adhere to policies.
• Provide work activity instructions and monitor progress.
• Mentor craft personnel for professional development.
