Job summary

Graywolf Integrated Construction Company seeks an Ironworker Foreman for our Cameron, LA job site. This full-time role requires hands-on supervision of crew activities, adherence to safety standards, and coordination with the project team to meet design, budget and schedule goals.

Qualified candidates bring at least four years in craft, with one year in lead positions in industrial construction, strong communication skills, and OSHA 10 or equivalent safety certifications.

Qualifications

• Four years of craft experience; one year as Lead or higher in industrial construction.
• Familiar with construction methods, labor requirements, and industrial setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Completion of Safety related certifications such as OSHA 10 or safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and ensure safe work around hazards on the site.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise construction activities of crews.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and shop estimates.
• Interface with Superintendent to follow policies and project schedules.
• Provide prioritized work instructions and monitor progress.
