Qualifications

• Four years of craft experience with at least one year in a lead role on industrial construction projects.
• Familiar with construction methods, labor requirements, and industrial project needs.
• Ability to interact effectively with team members, clients, subcontractors, and craft personnel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety mindset.
• Completion of safety certifications such as OSHA 10 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise construction activities of crews.
• Review contracts, scope documents, drawings, and schedules.
• Maintain site rules, safety programs and shift logistics.
• Provide work instructions and monitor progress.
• Mentor craft personnel for development.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available.
