Qualifications

• Four (4) years of craft experience, with at least one year as Lead in industrial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and labor requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have locking toolbox and the tools to perform the job.
• Complete all pre-hire requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise construction activities of crews.
• Review contract scope documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor project execution plans, safety plans, schedules, and cost tracking.
• Maintain site rules, logistics guidelines, and break schedules.
• Ensure work aligns with design, budget and schedule.
• Interface with the Superintendent and project team to enforce policies.
• Mentor craft personnel for professional development.
• Ensure availability of materials, drawings, manpower, and equipment.
