Job summary

Graywolf Integrated Construction Company is seeking a Pipe Foreman for the Cameron, LA site. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and supervising field crews to ensure safe, on-time project execution.

You will review project documents, manage materials and manpower, mentor craft personnel, and enforce safety programs across the job site. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of craft experience; one (1) year as a Lead or higher in industrial construction.
• Familiar with construction methods, techniques, and labor requirements for industrial projects.
• Ability to interact effectively with project team members, clients, subcontractors, and craft employees.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage craft employees.
• Safety certifications such as OSHA 10 or equivalent as required by company/client.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have locking toolbox and tools to perform the job.
• Must pass all required pre-hire requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and/or supervise construction activities of crews.
• Review contract, scope documents, drawings, specs, and shop estimates.
• Study project execution and tracking documents including safety, schedule, cost, and subcontracting strategy.
• Maintain site rules and guidelines (breaks, smoking, shifts, locations).
• Ensure project is built per design, budget, and schedule; interface with Superintendent.
• Coordinate with project team to establish schedules and resolve issues.
