Graywolf Integrated Construction Company in Lebanon, IN seeks a Pipe General Foreman for a long-term project. Schedule is 13 days on and 1 day off, with competitive pay between $55.00 and $150.00 per hour.

As a senior field leader, you will supervise crews, review scopes, ensure safety, and coordinate with the superintendent to keep design, budget and schedule on track. The role requires hands-on foreman experience in industrial construction and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Formación

• At least six years of craft experience.
• One year as Foreman or higher in industrial construction.
• Ability to effectively interact with project team members, clients, subcontractors, and craft employees.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• OSHA 10 or safety certification as required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Promote safety and work safely around hazards.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise construction crews.
• Review contract documents, scope, drawings, specs, and plans.
• Study project execution plans, safety plans, schedules, and cost tracking.
• Maintain site rules and logistic guidelines for break times and site operations.
• Ensure project is constructed within design, budget and schedule.
• Interface with Superintendent to follow policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with project team to establish schedules and resolve delays.
• Ensure materials, drawings, manpower, tools, and equipment are available.
• Provide prioritized work instructions and monitor progress.
• Assist with safety program implementation and interpretation.
• Mentor craft personnel for professional development.
• Learn applicable local, state, and federal guidelines.
