Job summary

Graywolf Integrated Construction is seeking a Pipe Fitter Foreman for our Lebanon, IN job site. The role requires strong leadership, safety awareness, and the ability to coordinate crews, review contracts, and stay on budget.

The position offers a 13 days on/1 day off schedule with day and night shifts. You will lead field crews, ensure adherence to safety plans, and interface with the project team to meet schedule and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Four years of craft experience; one year as Lead in industrial construction.
• Familiar with industrial construction methods and labor requirements.
• Ability to lead teams and communicate with clients and subcontractors.
• Safety certifications such as OSHA 10 or client-required programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Own a locking toolbox and job-specific tools.
• Able to complete pre-hire requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and work safely around hazards in construction field.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise construction activities of crews.
• Review contract and scope documents, drawings, specs, and shop estimate.
• Study project execution and tracking documents (execution plan, safety plan, QA/QC, schedule, cost codes).
• Maintain site rules and guidelines (break times, smoking rules, shift times).
• Ensure project is built according to design, budget and schedule.
• Interface with Superintendent to follow policies and procedures.
• Interface with project team to establish schedules and solve problems.
• Ensure materials, drawings, manpower, tools, and equipment are available when needed.
• Provide prioritized work activity instructions to craftsmen and monitor progress.
• Assist with safety program implementation and mentor craft personnel.
• Apply knowledge of local, state, and federal statutes.
