TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking a Lead Construction Supervisor to guide crew daily activities and production per project timelines, plans, and industry standards. You will train on safety procedures and coordinate with other crafts as needed to meet project goals.

The role emphasizes planning, safety leadership, and effective communication to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality workmanship and company policies.

Qualifications

• Leads crew; manages daily activities and production per project timeline and standards.
• Plans, trains on safety and operational procedures; supervises multiple crafts as needed.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials for safe, efficient construction.
• Ensure construction equipment is operated and maintained correctly.
• Maintain accurate reporting records including job quantities, productivity, time sheets and reports.
• Assist in developing weekly schedules and sequence of activities for assigned crew.
• Complete work within estimated costs while upholding quality workmanship.
• Ensure crew safety and enforce company/government safety rules.
• Communicate safety concerns, work scope and schedules to leadmen and crews.
• Monitor adherence to Company policies by all supervised employees.
