Job summary

Tic Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Construction Supervisor to effectively lead and manage crews in daily activities and production according to project timelines and industry standards.

You will provide necessary safety and operational training, and supervise other crafts as required by project supervision. The role requires a proven ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee field operations, ensure equipment is maintained and used safely, and maintain detailed reporting to support project

Qualifications

• Experience leading crews on construction sites.
• Strong communication and motivational skills with crew.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and supervise field activities safely.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials to promote safe, efficient and timely construction.
• Ensure that construction equipment is correctly operated and maintained.
• Maintain accurate reporting records including job quantities, productivity rates, time sheets and daily management reports.
• May assist in developing a weekly schedule and in carrying out sequence of activities for assigned crew.
• Responsible for timely completion of work within estimated costs while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Ensure safety of crew and adherence to safety rules and regulations.
• Lead toolbox talks and communicate safety concerns, scope, plans and schedules to crews.
• Monitor compliance with company policies by all supervised employees.
