Lead 5–10 craft workers, read drawings and work packages, coordinate with supervision and QA/QC, and uphold OSHA standards and safe jobsite practices. This hands-on leadership role offers growth and meaningful impact on critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of industrial construction, maintenance, or turnaround experience.
• Experience leading crews of 5–10 personnel in field environments.
• Proven ability to read drawings, specifications, and work packages.
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead crews of 5–10 craft workers, assigning daily tasks.
• Plan and execute daily work based on schedules and work packages.
• Read drawings, specifications, and work packages to guide execution.
• Verify job readiness with permits, tools, and manpower.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety walks to enforce OSHA standards.
• Coordinate with General Foreman, Superintendent, Safety, and QA/QC teams.
• Track progress, document production and crew performance.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials accountability.
• Maintain housekeeping and jobsite organization.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
