Job summary

Walbec Group, a leading construction materials and services provider in the Midwest, seeks a Pipe Foreman for Parisi (a Walbec Company). The role focuses on coordinating crews, equipment, and schedules to deliver high-quality projects while maintaining safety and teamwork on site.

Candidates should have at least 5 years in pipe crew operations, a CDL, and the ability to read plans; union membership is expected or will be facilitated by HR.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license with satisfactory driving record.
• CDL is required for the role.
• Ability to read and interpret plans/specifications and establish grades per plan.
• High School diploma or GED is preferred.
• Punctual, dependable and with a high ethical standard for personal and business conduct.
• Self-directed and able to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
• Able to handle confidential information and observe anti-trust laws.
• Must work varied hours including nights, early mornings and weekends as needed.
• Able to work in variable weather and dirty environments.
• Union membership required or willing to become a member; HR can assist.
• Minimum of 5 years' field experience in Pipe Crew Operations; Foreman experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of CMV guidelines and regulations.

The Position:

Parisi (a Walbec Company) is looking for a Pipe Foreman responsible for assisting with any and all aspects of efficient personnel scheduling, crew management, overseeing equipment needs and repair, and reinforcement of continuous quality improvement.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
• A CDL is required.
• Capable of reading and interpreting plans/specifications with the ability to establish grades per plan.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Must be punctual, dependable and have a high ethical standard for personal and business conduct.
• Must be self-directed and motivated; able to manage multiple conflicting and changing priorities.
• Have the ability to be trusted with confidential information and observe anti-trust laws and regulations.
• Have the ability to work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed.
• Be able to tolerate and work in variable weather conditions, and work in dirty and dusty environments.
• Member of the appropriate trade union or willingness to become a union member are required. Union membership is not required prior to employment. Our Human Resources Department is able to assist in that process as needed.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience at the field level, in Pipe Crew Operations.
• Prior experience as a Foreman preferred.
• Working knowledge of CMV guidelines and regulations.
