Job summary

Walbec Group is seeking a Pipe Foreman to lead pipe crews, schedule work, and ensure quality on construction sites across Southern Wisconsin.

The role requires reading plans, a CDL, and the ability to work varied hours in a union environment. Strong ethics and self-direction are essential for success on diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
• A CDL is required.
• Ability to read and interpret plans/specifications with the ability to establish grades per plan.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Must be punctual, dependable and have a high ethical standard for personal and business conduct.
• Must be self-directed and motivated; able to manage multiple conflicting and changing priorities.
• Ability to be trusted with confidential information and observe anti-trust laws and regulations.
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed.
• Union membership is required or willingness to become a member.
