The Position:

Parisi (a Walbec Company) is looking for a Pipe Foreman responsible for assisting with any and all aspects of efficient personnel scheduling, crew management, overseeing equipment needs and repair, and reinforcement of continuous quality improvement.

Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
  • A CDL is required.
  • Capable of reading and interpreting plans/specifications with the ability to establish grades per plan.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
  • Must be punctual, dependable and have a high ethical standard for personal and business conduct.
  • Must be self-directed and motivated; able to manage multiple conflicting and changing priorities.
  • Have the ability to be trusted with confidential information and observe anti-trust laws and regulations.
  • Have the ability to work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed.
  • Be able to tolerate and work in variable weather conditions, and work in dirty and dusty environments.
  • Member of the appropriate trade union or willingness to become a union member are required. Union membership is not required prior to employment. Our Human Resources Department is able to assist in that process as needed.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience at the field level, in Pipe Crew Operations.
  • Prior experience as a Foreman preferred.
  • Working knowledge of CMV guidelines and regulations.
