Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of utility operations on construction sites (water, sewer, and drainage).
• Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and material/equipment providers to meet safety, schedule, and quality goals.
• Interface with clients, inspectors, and regulatory representatives to ensure compliance and communication.
• Supervise hourly crewmembers; plan and schedule manpower and equipment as needed.
• Administer project documentation including change orders, time and materials, purchase orders, and invoices.
