Qualifications

• Two years of pipe or structural fabrication experience.
• Must read blueprints and follow product specifications.
• Commitment to continual improvement and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate pipes to required customizations.
• Manage all Work Orders associated with fabrication.
• Supervise work team in planning and execution of fabrication.
• Plans resource requirements based on Work Orders and production plan.
• Fosters a spirit of teamwork within the department.
• Tracks, assigns, and monitors work orders.
• Ensure timeliness, safety and quality of material movement.
• Responsible for safe work practices and maintaining a safe environment.
• Train employees on changes in safety regulations, work policies, and standards.
• Develop skills and abilities of team members.
• Ensure all department employees complete required training.
• Maintain respectful and professional work environment.
• Drive professionalism across operations.
• Provide insight for shop performance and process improvement.
• Ensure all quality and industry standards are achieved.
• Identify and provide solutions before issues occur.
