Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. is seeking a Fabrication Lead to direct the fabrication and assembly of pipe products, manage work orders, and supervise the shop team in planning and executing a wide variety of fabrication projects.

This role requires ensuring timeliness, safety, and quality, in a non-climate-controlled environment with full PPE provided. Responsibilities include training employees on safety regulations, developing team skills, maintaining production standards, and coordinating with production

Qualifications

• Two years of pipe or structural fabrication experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate pipes to required customizations.
• Manage all Work Orders associated with fabrication.
• Supervise the work team in planning and execution of fabrication projects.
• Plan resource requirements based on Work Orders and production plans.
• Foster teamwork within the department.
• Track, assign, and monitor work orders.
• Ensure timeliness, safety, and quality of material movement.
• Maintain safe work practices; follow PPE and LOTO policies.
• Train employees on safety regulations and policies with supervision.
