Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two years of pipe or structural fabrication experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow product specifications.
• Experience in a shop environment with safety practices is required.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate pipes to required customizations.
• Manage all Work Orders associated with fabrication.
• Supervise work team in planning and execution of fabrication tasks.
• Plan resource requirements based on Work Orders and production plan.
• Foster teamwork within the department.
• Track, assign, and monitor work orders.
• Ensure timeliness, safety and quality of material movement.
• Maintain safe work environment and enforce LOTO and other safety programs.
• Train employees on safety regulations, policies, and standards.
• Develop skills and abilities of team members.
• Ensure staff complete required training.
