• Manage all Work Orders associated with fabrication.
• Supervise work team in planning and execution of fabrication.
• Plan resource requirements based on Work Orders.
• Foster a spirit of teamwork within the department.
• Track, assign, and monitor work orders.
• Ensure timeliness, safety, and quality of material movement.
• Responsible for safe work practices and ensuring compliance.
