Idaho Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, seeks an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee daily digging and pipe installation activities. You will lead crews, ensure safety, and coordinate with project teams to meet schedules.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of underground utilities installation, can read blueprints, and motivate diverse work groups. CDL is a plus but not required; travel may be up to 50% during peak season.

Qualifications

• Experience with underground wet utilities installation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site specifications.
• Safety minded with reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to perform labor-intensive tasks when required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities of crews.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate materials and equipment to complete projects on time.
• Maintain records, logs, and safety documentation.
• Read blueprints and construction drawings; perform on-site inspections.
• Lead safety meetings and coordinate with engineers and other supervisors.
• Travel to various locations as needed and ensure on-site safety.
