Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Mechanical/Piping CWI QC Inspector for on-site work in Harriman, TN. The role involves implementing site quality plans, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring work meets codes and specifications.

The candidate should hold anActive CWI certification and have piping/welding inspection experience, with potential for career growth within the BV Construction group.

Qualifications

• Active CWI certification is required or preferred.
• Piping installation, insulation, and welding inspection experience.
• Mechanical rotating equipment experience a plus.
• Experience with site QC processes and field inspections.

Responsibilities

• Establishes, implements and maintains site quality program.
• Coordinates with engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure work aligns with codes and specs.
• Reviews and controls documentation for certification of construction equipment and testing equipment.
• Assists in turnover and handover to startup.
