Job summary

You will ensure safety, quality, schedule adherence, and direct labor productivity on-site while coordinating with engineers and project controls.

Requires 5+ years of field leadership, OSHA 10, and a valid driver's license. Travel to project sites is required; relocation not specified.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction field leadership on equivalent projects.
• Valid Driver's License.
• All applicants must complete pre-employment onboarding requirements including background checks, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search.

Responsibilities

• Monitors CPM schedule and reports on completion of simple cycle project activities.
• Assists craft/subcontractors in resolving problems related to drawings, information, schedule, quality, quantity, and safety.
• Monitors discipline construction productivity, progress, and cost; reports to Construction Manager and Field Project Controls Manager.
• Develops and monitors 3 Week Look Ahead Schedule for assigned work scope.
• Ensures materials, manpower, and resources are available on site for the Look Ahead schedule.
• Maintains daily site logs and reviews timesheets and progress payments.
• Coordinates daily and weekly work plans with other discipline Superintendents and Construction Manager.
