Job summary

Brandon J Broderick LLC in New Jersey seeks an experienced PIP Arbitration Paralegal to manage arbitration matters from preparation through resolution, working closely with attorneys on briefs, medical documentation, settlements, and case management.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of NJ PIP or personal injury experience, knowledge of NJ PIP procedures and fee schedules, and familiarity with Litify or similar case management software; salary is competitive with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in New Jersey PIP or personal injury.
• Basic legal brief writing experience.
• Knowledge of New Jersey PIP arbitration procedures.
• Knowledge of the New Jersey PIP Fee Schedule, precertification requirements, and post-service appeals is a strong plus.
• Experience with Litify or similar case management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned PIP arbitration matters.
• Draft basic arbitration briefs, replies, and supporting legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers.
• Review medical records, bills, EOBs, and supporting documentation.
• Assist attorneys with arbitration preparation and case management.
• Monitor deadlines and maintain accurate case documentation.
• Assist with post-service appeals and other litigation support as needed.
