Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC, celebrating 80 years, is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join its New Jersey PIP Arbitration and Litigation practice. You may work from any New Jersey office locations, including Marlton, Livingston, and Shrewsbury, and will manage a caseload from intake through resolution.

The role requires NJ bar admission, strong advocacy, writing and organizational skills, and experience with no-fault law, medical records, and billing codes is preferred.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in New Jersey and in good standing.
• At least three years of experience handling New Jersey PIP arbitrations and related litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, advocacy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage a caseload from intake through resolution.
• Prepare Forthright arbitration filings and argue hearings on medical necessity, coverage, and fee schedule issues.
• Handle DRP appeals and applications to confirm or vacate awards.
• Litigate in the Superior Court of New Jersey.
