Brandon J. Broderick, Personal Injury Attorney at Law is seeking an experienced PIP arbitration paralegal in New Jersey to manage arbitration matters from preparation through resolution.

The role involves reviewing medical records and bills, drafting basic briefs, and negotiating with insurance carriers to support attorneys. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of paralegal experience, NJ PIP familiarity, and comfort with case management systems such as Litify.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in New Jersey PIP or personal injury.
• Experience negotiating PIP arbitration settlements.
• Basic legal brief writing experience.
• Knowledge of New Jersey PIP arbitration procedures.
• Knowledge of the New Jersey PIP Fee Schedule, precertification requirements, and post‑service appeals is a strong plus.
• Experience with Litify or similar case management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned PIP arbitration matters.
• Draft basic arbitration briefs, replies, and supporting legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers.
• Review medical records, bills, EOBs, and supporting documentation.
• Assist attorneys with arbitration preparation and case management.
• Monitor deadlines and maintain accurate case documentation.
• Assist with post‑service appeals and other litigation support as needed.
